Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Tovora account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app:

1. Open the app and go to Profile
2. Scroll down to Delete account
3. Confirm — your account and all data (meals, workouts, weigh-ins, chat history and settings) are permanently erased, and any Google Health tokens are revoked

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What happens to the backups

Your data disappears from the live database at once. We also keep an encrypted daily backup for disaster recovery; those rotate automatically and each one is deleted after at most 30 days, so a deleted account is gone from the backups too within 30 days.

One thing is kept on purpose: a salted, one-way hash of your email address. It cannot be turned back into an address or linked to anything else — its only job is to stop the free trial being claimed over and over by deleting the account and signing up again.

Can't access the app?

Email support@tovora.app from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
