Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Tovora account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app:

1. Open the app and go to Profile
2. Scroll down to Delete account
3. Confirm — your account and all data (meals, workouts, weigh-ins, chat history and settings) are permanently erased, and any Google Health tokens are revoked

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

Email us at hello@tovora.app from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
