איך משתמשים נכון
- אתה אחראי לסיסמת החשבון שלך. שמור עליה
- הזן מידע אמיתי ומדויק (אם תרצה שהמערכת תעזור לך)
- אל תפיץ, תעתיק, או תהנדס לאחור את האפליקציה או הקוד שלה
- אל תנסה לחדור, להעמיס, או לחבל בשירות
- אל תשתמש בשירות לפעילות לא חוקית
תוכן שלך, בעלות שלך
המידע שאתה מזין (אוכל, אימונים, תמונות, שיחות עם המאמן) — שלך. אנחנו מקבלים רישיון מוגבל לעבד אותו כדי לספק את השירות. בכל רגע אתה יכול למחוק הכל.
⚠️ אזהרת AI — חשוב מאוד
Tovora אינה תחליף לייעוץ רפואי, תזונאי, או ייעוץ ספורט מקצועי.
- ה-AI שלנו (Google Gemini) טועה לפעמים. הערכות קלוריות, חלבון, ודרישה אישית הן הערכות בלבד, לא דיוק רפואי.
- אם יש לך מצב רפואי (סוכרת, מחלות כליה, הפרעות אכילה, הריון, וכו') — התייעץ עם רופא או תזונאי מוסמך לפני שאתה משנה את התזונה שלך לפי המלצות האפליקציה.
- אנחנו לא אחראים על תוצאות בריאותיות מכל סוג. השימוש על אחריותך בלבד.
תשלום
כרגע השירות חינמי לחלוטין. אם נציג בעתיד פיצ'רים בתשלום (Tovora Plus), נודיע מראש לפחות 30 יום. השימוש בפיצ'רים חינמיים יישאר חינמי.
אחריות מוגבלת
במסגרת המקסימלית המותרת בחוק, השירות מסופק "כמו שהוא" (AS-IS), ללא אחריות לדיוק, זמינות, או התאמה לצרכים שלך. אנחנו לא אחראים לנזקים כלשהם הנובעים משימוש או אי-יכולת להשתמש בשירות.
זכויות יוצרים
הקוד, העיצוב, והממשק של Tovora שייכים לעידן עמר. אין להעתיק או להפיץ ללא רשות.
הפסקת שירות
אנחנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבונות שמפרים את התנאים, או להפסיק את השירות לחלוטין בהודעה מוקדמת של 30 יום (נשמור על הזכות שלך לייצא נתונים).
אתה יכול לסגור את החשבון שלך בכל רגע: הגדרות ← "מחק חשבון".
דין חל
תנאים אלה כפופים לדין הישראלי. כל מחלוקת תידון בבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב.
שינויים בתנאים
נעדכן את התנאים מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יוצגו ב-banner בדף הראשי לפני שיכנסו לתוקף. המשך השימוש אחרי השינוי = אישור שלך.

Agreement
By using Tovora, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree — don't use the service.
Who We Are
The service is provided by Idan Amar (private), Ra'anana, Israel. Contact: jon.idane6@gmail.com.
Who Can Register
- Age 16 and up
- Legal capacity to commit to terms
- Not previously banned by us
How to Use Properly
- You are responsible for your account password. Keep it safe
- Enter real and accurate information (if you want the system to help you)
- Don't distribute, copy, or reverse engineer the app or its code
- Don't try to hack, overload, or disrupt the service
- Don't use the service for illegal activity
Your Content, Your Ownership
The information you enter (food, workouts, photos, conversations with the coach) — is yours. We receive a limited license to process it to provide the service. You can delete everything at any time.
⚠️ AI Warning — Very Important
Tovora is not a substitute for medical, nutritional, or professional sports consultation.
- Our AI (Google Gemini) sometimes makes mistakes. Calorie, protein, and personal requirement estimates are estimates only, not medical accuracy.
- If you have a medical condition (diabetes, kidney disease, eating disorders, pregnancy, etc.) — consult a doctor or licensed dietitian before changing your diet based on app recommendations.
- We are not responsible for any health outcomes. Use at your own risk.
Payment
Currently the service is completely free. If we introduce paid features (Tovora Plus) in the future, we'll notify at least 30 days in advance. Use of free features will remain free.
Limited Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "AS-IS", without warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for your needs. We are not responsible for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
Copyright
The code, design, and interface of Tovora belong to Idan Amar. Don't copy or distribute without permission.
Service Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate the terms, or discontinue the service entirely with 30 days' notice (we will preserve your right to export data).
You can close your account at any time: Settings → "Delete account".
Governing Law
These terms are subject to Israeli law. Any dispute will be heard in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
Changes to Terms
We will update the terms from time to time. Material changes will be displayed via banner on the home page before taking effect. Continued use after changes = your acceptance.
