Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Settings — changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and local bank transfer in some regions — via LemonSqueezy.

How does the Family plan work?

One person buys Family and invites up to 3 more members by email. Each member has a private account with their own data, but the same billing.

How does the Coach plan work?

You get a coach dashboard where you can link up to 30 clients. Each client keeps their own separate account — Coach plan gives you the professional tools (dashboard, notes, chat) to work with them.
